How to Use a Kakobuy Spreadsheet Without Opening Every Link

A short first pass
- Scan titles and categories. Remove anything that is the wrong product type or does not fit the intended use.
- Look at the reference image. Check the basic shape, color, closure, and visible details. Do not decide from the image alone.
- Open two or three live links. A small comparison set makes option, size, photo, and price differences easier to see.
- Check that the page still matches. Compare the live title, images, seller information, selected option, and price with the spreadsheet row.
- Record the unresolved question. Examples include missing measurements, unclear outsole views, a changed seller, or a color that looks different from the saved image.

Price is only comparable after the product and option match. Select the same size, color, bundle, and quantity. Check whether the displayed minimum belongs to the main item or an accessory. For clothing, measurements are usually more useful than a letter size. For shoes, look for foot length or insole length in centimeters and confirm which measurement the seller is using. For bags and accessories, check dimensions, included pieces, hardware, and packaging volume.
When a video helps
Product photos are the fastest place to check labels, option names, measurement tables, and close details. Build a shortlist, not a tab pile
