Read a tee listing from measurements outward

Start with chest width and body length, then check shoulder width and sleeve length when supplied. Confirm whether measurements are taken flat and whether the chart describes the garment or the wearer. Compare the same measurement method with a T-shirt you already own; a familiar letter size alone is not enough.

Fabric and print information

Look for material composition, fabric weight, knit description, stretch, and washing notes. For graphic or logo products, inspect placement, scale, edge definition, color coverage, and how the print sits around seams. Product images can reveal these visible points but cannot confirm long-term print durability or exact fabric feel.

Options and current price

Check whether different colors, sizes, or bundles change the price. The minimum figure on a page may not apply to the option in the spreadsheet. Save the selected variant and the date checked, then compare like with like.

Shipping profile

A single tee is usually compact, but multiple pieces and protective packaging still add weight. Estimate the group rather than treating each low-cost row as negligible. Remove near-duplicates that serve the same wardrobe role before parcel planning.
